These Website Terms of Use (Terms) apply to your use of www.allstarpathways.com and any other website operated by All Star Pathways Pty Ltd (ABN 76 695 008 916) (All-Star Pathways, we, us or our). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

The website provides general information about All-Star Pathways, our programs, planning approach and services. Website content is not professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.

Program descriptions, destinations, itineraries, timing, availability and indicative prices are guides only. They may change and do not constitute an offer, quotation, booking confirmation or promise that a particular program, supplier, inclusion or price will be available.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting an enquiry or other form through the website does not create a booking, reservation or contract with All-Star Pathways or any travel supplier. A booking is formed only in accordance with the separate proposal, Booking Agreement and any other booking documents accepted by the relevant parties.

All tour arrangements, prices, payment obligations, traveller numbers, changes, cancellations, refunds, supplier terms and program delivery are governed by the applicable Booking Agreement and booking documents, not these Terms. If there is any inconsistency, the Booking Agreement and booking documents prevail for the relevant booking.

Acceptable use

You must use the website lawfully and must not:

• interfere with, damage, disrupt or compromise the website, its security or connected systems;
• introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
• use automated tools to scrape or extract website content without our written permission;
• impersonate another person or provide information you know is false or misleading;
• use the website or its content for unlawful, fraudulent or commercially exploitative purposes; or
• help another person do any of these things.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including text, graphics, branding, photographs, program materials, layouts and downloadable resources, are owned by or licensed to All-Star Pathways and are protected by intellectual property laws.
